2 tomates

1 cebolla grande

1 diente de ajo

1 planta de espinacas

1 rama de apio

1 coreanito de medio kilo

cubitos de caldo a gusto


Lavar bien las verduras, cortarlas en trozos pequeños, agregarle el agua y los caldos. Dejar hervir hasta que las verduras esten tiernas, dejar entibiar y procesar con una minipimer hasta formar una sopa crema. ¡Es deliciosa!

Ricos en Vitaminas C y A,

Vitaminas grupos B, PP y K.
Minerales: Fósforo, hierro, calcio, magnesio, manganeso, zinc, cobre, potasio y sodio.

A las ya citadas propiedades se le puede agregar

La cebolla

Puede decirse que la cebolla es uno de esos vegetales que resultan muy buenos para regular el organismo. Tiene una importante acción depurativa y la presencia de folatos como los flavonoides hace que tenga un carácter antioxidante. Por eso mismo, las cebollas se emplean en un gran número de preparados para prevenir problemas de salud.

La cebolla resulta ideal especialmente en caso de enfermedades respiratorias, digestiones lentas y fermentaciones intestinales.   Igualmente,  evita parásitos y regula glucosa en la sangre. Es depurativa y previene afecciones cardiovasculares.
El ajo

Es quizás el remedio natural con mayores propiedades medicinales demostradas experimentalmente: Efecto hipotensor a dosis altas, fluidificante de la sangre – muy utilizado por personas que han padecido trombosis, embolias o accidentes vasculares-, hipolipemiante -disminuye el colesterol LDL, es decir el nocivo para el cuerpo-, antibiótico y antiséptico general, estimulante de las defensas, vermífugo, callicida etc. Son innumerables las propiedades del ajo.


Las espinacas
En cuanto a sus vitaminas, las espinacas tienen gran cantidad de betacarotenos, precursores de la vitamina A, que disponen de una importante función anticancerígena. Las espinacas también tienen vitamina C, que se piede mucho al colarlas, por eso lo ideal es hervirlas y hacer una buena sopa con su agua, donde también podemos agregar otras verduras.La vitamina C es excelente para mantener altas nuetras defensas.
El apio

Propiedades del apio

    * Gran remineralizante.
    * El apio es de gran ayuda en la hipertensión arterial ya que es rico en Potasio, dilata los vasos renales, aumenta la cantidad de orina y calma el sistema nervioso.
    * El apio tiene propiedades laxantes gracias a su fibra.
    * Ofrece efectos tranquilizantes, gracias a su contenido en ftálida.
    * Buen depurativo ya que tiene un efecto muy alcalinizante de la sangre (elimina el ácido úrico y otras toxinas del organismo).
    * Baja las tasas de ácido úrico y de colesterol.
    * El apio es ideal en el tratamiento de los problemas cardiovasculares (disminuye la presión arterial, baja el colesterol y tiene un efecto suavemente tranquilizante).
    * Sus efectos neutralizantes combinados con su aporte en silicio ayudan en la renovación de las articulaciones y el tejido conjuntivo (artrosis, artritis reumatoide).

    * El apio es un alimento rico en Potasio (320 mg.).
    * Ácido Fólico y vit. C.
    * Contiene 41 mg. de calcio.
    * 50 mg. de betacaroteno.
    * Sólo tiene 7 calorías.
